Eddie Hooker
Eddie Hooker is the founder and Chief Executive of Hamilton Fraser, and a well-known expert in the cosmetic insurance sector with almost 30 years of experience. Under his leadership, Hamilton Fraser became the first company to offer medical malpractice insurance tailored to the aesthetics industry back in 1996.
Eddie is straight-talking, insightful, and deeply passionate about raising standards in aesthetics. He’s an accomplished speaker and a regular industry commentator on everything from regulation and legislation to insurance and business growth. At the same time, his sense of humour and down-to-earth nature put guests immediately at ease, even when discussing hard-hitting topics.
A proud family man, Eddie brings the same integrity and sense of care he shows in business to his life outside of work. He’s rarely seen without his two dogs – Hamilton and Fraser – who are much-loved fixtures in the office and always ready to greet visitors. When he’s not behind the mic or steering the Hamilton Fraser Group, you’ll find him surrounded by his extensive Doctor Who and Marvel memorabilia collection, proudly displayed around the office and always a great conversation starter.

A great team
Eddie and Vicky first met in 2004 when Vicky joined the aesthetics industry. Their shared history, mutual respect, and natural chemistry make for an easy, authentic dynamic behind the microphone. Whether they’re discussing regulation, innovation, or the realities of running a clinic, their conversations are always honest, insightful, and full of personality.
